i started to love Rain's Love Song. it's just so addicting. and he's so cute. (: well, the dance is a bit weird though. haha and i find that 2PM's song is getting weirder and weirder. lol no offence lah.

Time flew by ever since TVXQ conflict’s first made its emergence, and to be frank, the situation hasn’t got any better. With more and more negative reports rushing in, it seems like a happy ending was impossible.

However, it seems like Jaejoong has finally expressed his feelings toward the situation, though in a rather subliminal way.

To congratulate the four-year anniversary of Jaejoong’s official fan page Melite Hero, the man himself gifted the site with an autographed short message.

“TO Melite Hero! I thank you every time.

The fans who saw this message expressed, “TVXQ is the best when there’s five,” “All we can do is just wait,” “We will wait for you,” etc.

I feel like my world is crashing.

With their group activites in Korea already halted due to a lawsuit filed by Jaejoong, Yoochun and Junsu against SM Entertainment, it was announced today that TVXQ will be stopping their group activities in Japan.

Despite the lawsuit filed by the JaeChunSu trio in mid-2009, TVXQ still continued their group activities in Japan.

But it looks like their 30th single, Toki o Tomete which was released late last month could be their final work together in a long while.

Visitors to their official Japanese website on April 3rd would be greeted by a popup message from Avex Japan which stated that ‘Tohoshinki will stop/pause their activities as a group and please support their solo activities‘.

With no definite timeframe or concrete details from Avex Japan, fans will undoubtedly still be crushed by this devasting announcement.

Keep the faith though, it could be just temporary.

i can't believe that i actually woke up earlier than my parents today. :O

ahh bleh. super long time never update. i'm just going to use this short 5 mins to update since i have really little time.

omg life is like, so hectic after school reopens. mann, i can't imagine how my life is going to be when we're all sec 4s. this sucks mann.

oh and sec 4 'O' levels results came out already. :D the top scholar is a malaysian scholar, again. KaiRou, we're all proud of you mann! :DD lol but we feel kinda stressed now, since they'll probably expect us to maintain the same standard when we're taking the O levels. ah well, let's just see how things go. :D

life may be hectic and crazy, but i feel much more refreshed and motivated with the new environment, new teachers and new subjects. hope that i'll feel motivated throughout the entire year. and i'm going to give my best as i know God is beside me, encourage and refresh everytime i'm tired. i'm going to give all out because the teachers are working hard with all of us too. looks like it's time to wake up and stop dreaming. this is the real battle that we're supposed to win, and we're all going to give our best. seriously, i've never felt this encouraged and motivated before. perhaps God just told me that i've wasted my last 2 years and i shouldn't waste another 2 years again. well, jiayou everybody. :D

A Chinese media site previously reported that Hankyung had problems with SNSD, but now another Chinese media site has caught on and defamed the article as the work of antis.

According to the new post, it looks like it was all a classic play of out of context quotes.

The original article pointed out a lot of situations that had arisen between SNSD and Hankyung, but every one of those situations was refuted and disproved.

The previous article was just the work of antis trying to frame SNSD. The original article was posted on a Chinese fan site and a shady media source published it.

Back when Super Junior debuted, they had an interview with a Korean media source. When they were interviewed, Hankyun was asked, "Have you met any problems while working in Korea?"
Hankyung responded positively, but Heechul added, "There was one time when we were in the dressing room and SNSD came in and seeing Hankyung's yellow hair, Taeyeon shouted, "Oppa what did you do? Do you think that you look Korean with yellow hair?"

TVXQ/DBSK supporters in the motherland and overseas have been riveted by the SME lawsuit for the past few months, and it looks like a certain group of international fans is really stepping up its game.

Five Balloons, a group of Japanese TVXQ supporters, recently created the TVXQ Smile Project, in which members donated money to put an advertisement in a daily Korean newspaper. Its monetary goal for Christmas? A whopping five million yen, which is approximately 64,400,000 won, $54,700 USD, or the price of a pretty nice sports car. I never realized how astronomically high newspaper ad rates were... and why these fans would devote so much money to a boy group instead of a charity or something is beyond me, but that's besides the point.

The ad is expected to include the words 'TVXQ Smile Project,' a message about TVXQ's entity as a group only complete with five members, and a promise to forever love TVXQ and wait for them to sincerely smile.

As of yesterday, over four hundred participants collectively donated 1,764,000 yen (approx 22,700,000 won or $19,400 USD). Since this doesn't meet the initial December 25 goal, the members plan to extend the period of donation collection and purchase the ad in mid-January.

2009 is widely known as the Year of the Girl Groups, but it might as well be called the Year of the Fans instead. From forming petitions to changing drama plots, from kicking an idol out of the country to a creating a global movement to bring the same person back, it's become clear that fan support has definitely evolved and rocked the kpop world in many ways.

I guess Japanese TVXQ fans aren't the only ones striving to put their feelings in print on Korean papers - Baidu BAR, a TVXQ fan group on Baidu, purchased an advertisement that was printed on Gyunghyang, a daily Korean newspaper on December 26, TVXQ's sixth anniversary.

On the advertisement, the members of Baidu BAR left a message to SM Entertainment expressing their full support for TVXQ and request for SME to stop its alleged harassment of the five members:

You are trying to cut the dreams that [TVXQ] has been creating for the past six years,
and are hurting the hearts of hundreds of thousands of people who felt joy because of them.

Stop your actions that are hurting the five members.
Let them sing freely without any constraints.

The storm will wither soon.
We will protect them forever so that they are not harmed.

Baidu BAR was also helped by Korean fans, who distributed this advertisement to various media and press outlets. "Because this is TVXQ's sixth anniversary, Chinese Casseiopeians wanted to deliver an advertisement that expresses our current feelings across the sea," one of the participants explained, adding, "Right now, SM Entertainment is constantly hurting TVXQ. However, all of the TVXQ fans will unite to form a solid knot in order to help TVXQ keep their dreams."

In the advocates' press release, the fans stated, "We will wait until the day that TVXQ can sing without burden when the rain stops and the sky is clear ... Until [SM Entertainment] stops harassing TVXQ, we are committed to protect them."

On a brighter note, TVXQ appeared as five on Asahi TV's Music Station Super Live on Christmas day and is scheduled to attend the Japan Record Awards on the 30th and NHK's Kohaku Uta Gassen on the 31st.

2PM's heartbeats for Jaebeom

Jaebeom is physically gone but he is emotionally still by 2PM's side. 2PM members decided to split up the income from their first album with Jaebeom.

One insider said, "In November, 2PM members talked things over with JYP Entertainment before their album release. They all agreed to split up the money earned with Jaebeom. They said that Jaebeom is their leader forever and made the decision."

2PM is not like other groups. Though Jaebeom is not with them to promote their first official album, they still decided to do this for their leader. Because 2PM is staying away from most interviews and all variety shows, this is a way for them to speak out towards Jaebeom publicly.

It's not clear how much money will go to Jaebeom, however, after their promotions end, they will calculate everything at JYP Entertainment and decide the final amount.

Another insider said, "They want to share this moment with Jaebeom. There's no other purpose. It's not about the amount of money, so please just look at their kindness."

This is an extremely generous act, which is pretty rare in the music industry. With the six members calling out for their leader so loudly, hopefully Jaebeom will be returning soon.

Hankyung requests to terminate his contract

Looks like SM Entertainment just might lose another star... After the JaeChunSu trio turned their backs against their company in regards to their unfair contract, Hankyung (Hangeng) of Super Junior decided to follow their lead and attempt to opt out as well.

According to a related source in China, Hankyung filed a request at the Seoul Central District Court to make his contract with SM Entertainment null and void at noon on the 21st.

Hankyung, who is well-known as the only Chinese member in Super Junior, is popular amongst both the Asian youth and media. With his good reputation and talent, many speculated that the singer would go on to have a very successful solo career as well. However, rumor has it that the contract forbade Hankyung from pursuing a solo career, creating a rift that led to this contract termination request.

The press stated,

"No specific details have yet been released towards this termination request. However, it is likely the reason is because of the unfairness the contract holds in regards to Hankyung's personal development."

Currently, Hankyung's legal representative is remaining silent. However, allkpop will be sure to provide further details of this hot news.

So what do you guys think? Is Super Junior finally reaching its end, downfall after downfall? Since SM Entertainment has yet to confirm anything, I guess we'll just have to see.

Yesterday went to attend HCImpressione Band Concert. It was, nice. (:

the oboe soloist was so cool and his tone was really nice. (: but just that he was quite soft, can't really hear him. But overall was great. I especially like it when the college band and high school band conbined. They sound so nice! :D

I realised I seldom have chance to actually blog about something about myself. haha

I guess this is probably because I have no life huh. haha and Kpop is just so awesome. (:

Although many of you are upset over the TVXQ and SM Entertainment drama, we have some good news for you Xiah Junsu fans! It has been announced that Xiah Junsu of TVXQ will begin his solo activities soon, with fans gathering around to share their interest in this hot new project of his.

On November 26th, netizens became aware that Junsu’s role in the upcoming musical Mozart had been confirmed. And while it has only just been announced, the musical is now currently #1 on the ticket reservations list! There’s no doubt that Cassiopeians are behind this! TVXQ fans, brace yourselves - yet another act has been added to the SME vs TVXQ battle, and it doesn't look pretty.

Earlier this month, SM Entertainment claimed that TVXQ had belatedly cancelled their appearance at the November 21 Shenzhen concert, and that members Junsu, Jaejoong and Yoochun had never requested the details of the Shenzhen concert contract.

In response to this statement, the legal counsel of Junsu, Jaejoong and Yoochun previously stated last week that they had obtained a handwritten statement from an individual claiming to have signed the note of confirmation without the TVXQ threesome's consent. A note of confirmation is a document ensuring the attendance of a performer at an event. Typically, the note is signed by a representative without any complaints because the artist is too busy to sign the documents themselves. However, the legal counsel has taken the stance that the TVXQ threesome had never given such consent.

Today (November 24), Junsu, Jaejoong and Yoochun's defense elaborated on their claim regarding SME's unauthorized signatures on this note.

Regarding the Shenzhen Concert situation, Junsu, Jaejoong and Yoochun did not sign [or approve the signing of] any note of confirmation. ... The note of confirmation for the Shenzhen, China concert holds signatures that have been forged.

Some Chinese and Korean fans had brought to our attention the fact that the signatures on the confirmation note seemed forged. After thorough examination, we have confirmed that these signatures are fake. ... The person that forged [the TVXQ members' signatures] gave us a hand-written note, which stated that a SME representative had ordered him to forge the signatures.

SM Entertainment previously said that there were no legal issues involving the sales of the Shenzhen Concert, yet they forged the signatures on this note of confirmation.

Here is the translated note:

I, the writer of the note of confirmation, in March of 2009, followed orders from (censored) of SM Entertainment and signed the document for the Shenzhen concert in place of the three members. Neither I nor SM Entertainment had permission from the three members to use their signatures, before or after the document was released. The three members did not know about the Shenzhen Concert when they filed their lawsuit. The event was confirmed after the lawsuit had already been filed.

The legal counsel also claimed, "SME had made an agreement with the TVXQ threesome to go through with all pre-planned activities ... the Shenzhen concert was added into the TVXQ schedule after [this agreement was made]. SME is attempting to distort the facts."

They continued, "We ask that SME reveal the story behind the signature forgeries and also the full content of the Shenzhen concert contract. We want to eliminate any misunderstandings that may have arisen amongst fans from these events."

It seems like the TVXQ lawsuit is getting more convoluted by the day - if SME's statement is forged, how do we know that this alleged confession isn't a fabrication as well? With logical gaps in the arguments presented by both sides of the case, it's difficult to believe any statements being released by either side these days.

With all of this confusion between SME and TVXQ, SME and Mnet and even HoMin and JaeChunSu, it feels like we're watching a multi-layered chess game. Stay tuned to allkpop as we await the next move in this complicated controversy.

anyway, yeah i've been kimchi-ing for the past 2 days. hehe SHAVONNE COME AND KIMCHI WITH ME! :D and i'm in love with B2ST! compare B2ST to MBLAQ, they are much more better luh! the image that rain wanted MBLAQ to be doesn't even suit them, and it's quite obvious that B2ST is better than them because i can see the bonding between the members lor. (: yeah they are awesome! and AJ kinda steal the limelight, but never mind. He's awesome. hehe :D oh btw, B2ST is pronounced as Beast, but it means Boys 2 Search the Top. cool right. :D

yess. and i like AJ and Dongwoon. :D actually all of them are cute. hehe (:

okay i shall not blog so much about junsu or dbsk. if not somebody is going to hate me already. haha :D

anyway, today i really had fun! heheheheh i went to buy shorts and the shorts are damn nice! and it was quite cheap. it's like, only 10 dollars. haha then i bought DURIAN juice! haha yeah it was damn nice but i got sick after a while and threw it away without finishing it. D: the one that i drank in Sarawak was nicer lor. it was D24 durian though. (: then, me, yungci and melissa went sonia's house and we had movie marathon. and we had all those chips as our lunch. lol yanshan was supposed to come along though. but she was not feeling well so she went home. D: anyway, yeah we watched Corpse Bride, Dodgeball and Nanny McPhee. THEY ARE DAMN NICE! hehe i think the dodgeball one was funny and disgusting at the same time. hahahahaha yay it was fun! :D then after that we made coke float. it was.... i shall not comment about it since everybody like it except me. lol then, we played badminton at just outside sonia's house. it was so fun and funny! i laughed uncontrollably and i can't even play the badminton! haha it was very very fun though. (: oh and when we came back from bugis yanshan took a photo at the mrt the people were lining up! haha hilarious. (:

okay i guess that's it for today. i'm very tired. i think i'm just going to bath and read book. then sleep. teehee. okay bye! (:

okay i know that i'm insane. i'm studying for MEP at this insane timing. gosh what's wrong with me. but seriously, i'm super worried and super scared for this exam. i think it's probably because i'm scared that i can't do well. oh well, i shall continue study so that i won't fail this subject.

oh great, i can't tell the instruments and the forms apart. i'm kinda deaf and they all sound the same to me. mann, if tomorrow i'm going to sit at the back of our class, i'm quite sure that i'm going to fail thi exam because i'm deaf. i can't even hear a thing.
